WCS contracts with clients utilizing a unique network sales approach. The company buys its services as a wholesale carrier at spot market rates under its high volume purchase agreements and then “packages” the desired combination of carrier backbones, network architecture and contract terms, specifically to the customer's stated requirements.

 There is no “selling” one particular carrier network or another. The customer decides which carrier to utilize based on service type, diversity, price and geography. WCS then consolidates the solution on a single customized bill format and presents the information via a secure Internet web billing system called Advanced Billing And Carrier Utilization System (ABACUS).

ABACUS is an electronic presentment of the invoice with nearly limitless reporting options to assist IT and accounting departments in global telecom expense management. Of course, with large volume and non-traditional purchasing strategies, clients enjoy “below market” pricing and have a single contact for more efficient provisioning and service inquiries.

WCS also offers outsourced procurement and bill management for clients with many of remittance points and network vendors. We currently manage clients with over 1,500 monthly locations.
