ABACUS Billing & Rating Platform
WCS' award-winning ABACUS billing platform allows Channel Partners to view End User invoices, run reports in PDF, Excel, XML, and ASCII on End User call data. ABACUS also offers a reporting interface to see End User payment and credit activity. Your business customers can view their account, request services, view inventories and even enter trouble tickets.
Commissions Accounting
WCS promotes a customized business model which places complete control of the profitability on each service, customer and even billing element in the hands of the Channel Partner. All commissions are calculated in a cost plus margin reporting environment driven by the difference between the Channel Partner's WCS price and the retail End User price dictated by the Channel Partner.
Over 2,000 marginable service items exist in the WCS inventory of billable elements. Each of these are reported in Excel, ASCII, PDF or XML in the following hierarchy:
CHANNEL PARTNER ID
SUB AGENCY ID
SUB AGENT EMPLOYEE ID
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER
PRODUCT (recurring and install fees)
USAGE (metered or usage sensitive)
ACCESS TYPE (Switched/Dedicated)
JURISDICTION (Domestic, International, Surcharges)
WCS can create nearly any report customized to the needs of a Channel Partner to enable exportation of the commission data to a third party system. Of course, Channel Partner can request a customized commissions reporting environment for batch production by WCS, enabling the Channel Partner to create on-system unlimited sub-agent payout models.
