Chris S. Barton President & CEO
Chris S. Barton, Founder of Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. (WCS), a former MCI Telecommunications employee with over ten years of experience in a variety of large accounts sales and management positions, has been managing WCS for the past 8 years.
In his tenure with MCI, he was responsible for the sales development of some of MCI's largest national accounts in Texas and Florida. In addition, he managed the Miami marketplace for MCI/WorldCom as Branch Sales Manager.
Chris attended the University of Texas at Austin and majored in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. |

Marcey Barton Executive Vice President
Marcey is responsible for strategic direction and human resources management of WCS. She helped launch WCS and has supplied the company with infrastructure development and vendor selection for the past ten years. Her background includes extensive technical sales, employee training and help desk services in international telecommunications and corporate messaging services.
As a nine year employee of MCI International, the division which launched electronic mail and commercial Internet services, She traveled extensively to design and deploy complex corporate messaging networks to the financial, transportation travel and healthcare markets. She also provided technical sales support to Concert, the multi-billion dollar joint venture between British Telecom and MCI.
Marcey was also a nationally-recognized employee Cable & Wireless' messaging division, SureCom. |

Frank Caruso General Manager Frank has twenty years of extensive and varied experience in Telecommunications. Most recently, he has been a consultant to the telecommunication industry and also co-founded SIP Bound Corporation and Hello Highway, an international VoIP provider. Previously he served in varying capacities as Founder, CEO and Chairman for USA Datanet, a facilities-based VoIP/CLEC telecommunication company. USA Datanet was the first large-scale commercially deployed residential VoIP provider in the U.S. with over 500,000 registered customers. Frank was also Founder, CEO and Chairman for SCC Telecommunications, a provider of local. long-distance, wireless, internet and data services. The company was acquired by Broadview Networks, a leading regional CLEC, where he served as VP of Network Operations and Sales. He has also held the positions of Director of Alternate Channels for Frontier International (RCI Long Distance) and Senior Territory Manager for ACC Long Distance. Frank has a BA in Economics from State University New York, Certification of Completion from Clarkson University Entrepreneurial Program and is a graduate of Walt Disney School of Management in Florida. |

Randee Jennings VP Operations
Randee manages the provisioning, billing, and maintenance departments at WCS. With over twenty years experience in the Telecommunications industry, Randee has held a number of key regional and national level positions with major service providers such as Ameritech, Xerox, BellSouth, TCG, and AT&T.
Her assignments have spanned several critical disciplines, including Major Account Management, Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, Project Management, Process Development, and Network Operations.
She has had extensive personal experience in selling, implementing, and maintaining a wide variety of local service offers, including Centrex, ISDN, LAN/WAN, MPLS Services, OCX services, Dark Fiber, private and public rings, as well as in managing and motivating large teams.
Randee is active in community relations, including an eight year directorship with the North Miami Chamber of Commerce and a founding membership on the Barry University Telecommunications Advisory Board. As Adjunct Professor, she has taught advanced telecommunication courses at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
She holds a B.B.A in Marketing from University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. |

Fred Mannara VP Sales & Marketing
Fred was formerly Senior VP of Sales for all US LEC Corporation for 10 years and assisted with the integration of the sales organization into PAETEC, a national telecommunication corporation. PAETEC is a facilities-based organization with a coast-to-coast network specializing in local, long distance, data services and internet services.
He built the entire US LEC sales structure including 30 branches nationally.and was responsible for four Regional VP of Sales and over 300 sales support personnel. During his tenure he created and developed the entire sales force and increased revenues from zero to $450 million annual.
Previously, Fred worked at MCI Telecommunications Florida for fourteen years and served progressively as National Account Manager, Major Accounts Manager, and Accounts Executive. He was consistently ranked in the top 1% of the company in sales achievements and was a multiple "President Club", and "Chairman Inner Circle" award winner.
He holds a BA in Business Administration from Flager College. |

Larry Edelson-Kayne, CPA VP Finance
Larry has over twenty years experience as Controller and specializes in using computerized processes to reduce Accounting costs.
He served as Controller and VP of Finance for 8 years at Broadviw Networks during its rapid growth from $10 million to $220 nillion in revenue He hired, trained and mentored a finance staff of 30 people.
Previously, Larry worked as Controller at Forbes New York for 10 years, where he streamlined finance and accounting departments with substantial cost savings through computerization and integration of various finance functions. He also designed and implemented an integrated multi-magazine management information system.
Prior to working at Forbes, Larry was Audit Manager at Ernst and Young for 9 years, where.he audited public and private companies in various industries.
He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and is a Certified Public Accountant (Member of AIPCA). |

Marilyn Bonilla Krantz General Coiunsel
Marilyn is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive government relations experience. During her expansive career, she has held executive-level positions at several private corporations and brings a broad range of corporate experience in both the legal and management areas of WCS' business.
As WCS' newly appointed General Counsel, she is responsible for legal services, internal audit, risk management and compliance, corporate governance, public policy and regulatory affairs.
Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, she was a Management Consultant assisting Senior Management with developing strategic business and organizational initiatives.
Marilyn is also an experienced Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Arbitrator and a member of the Federal Communications and Florida Bar Associations.
She has a law degree from the University of Florida; Masters in Social Services Administration from the University of Chicago, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami (cum laude.)
