Commissions Problem Ticket Resolution Form
To resolve any Commission errors or disputes as quickly as possible, Channel Partners are requested to submit by email a completed Commissions Problem Ticket Resolution form with attached related documentation. Access to the PDF form is obtained by clicking here.
The form can be completed on line and saved to your PC for forwarding to WCS as an email attachment at service@wcs.com. It is recommended you print a copy of the completed form for your records by clicking on "Print Form" box.
