Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Description
WCS is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who will act as the liaison between WCS, its clients, and its vendors in addressing all client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The main function of this position is to generate additional revenue opportunities within existing client base and through new business acquisition. Complete understanding of all WCS Solutions and their relative value add to our clients.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction through services rendered
- Professional demeanor, presentation and collaborative behavior are required
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally with WCS Business Units and externally at all levels within the client organization is required
- Assist in the timely delivery of solutions and attainment of team sales and revenue goals (70/30% focus: Business Management vs. Operations)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Attain and Surpass quarterly individual/team revenue goals
- Understand customer's business, processes and expense management issues
- Network with clients to obtain increased revenue opportunities
- Persistent focus on account base to increase total telecom spend managed by WCS
- Clear all obstacles to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services within account base
- Prioritize WCS internal resources and time for a variety of projects
- Manage the action item registries for all clients
- Interact with clients via phone, appointments and presentations
- Position yourself at all levels within client accounts to identify additional expense management solutions within client base
- Support team through the recognition of any and all service and satisfaction issues
- Assist in the collection of all information and documentation to ensure timely delivery of services
- Work closely with the Analysts to ensure that the opportunities identified are being worked and progressing by working with them to uncover and resolve client, internal and vendor obstacles.
- Provide Senior Management with Project, Client and ROI Status reports

- Complete understanding of WCS's full suite of services
- Ability to present to "C" level focusing on the value add
- Professional Writing, Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Ability to contact and build relationships at all levels within client organization
- Exceptional self-motivation & drive to overachieve revenue objectives
- Proficient in identifying solutions utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Excellent qualifying and strong closing skills
- Strong phone, internet, database and network prospecting skills
- Strong time management and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize time and activity
Education and/or Experience
- Proven outside sales wireline and data telecom experience (5-7years)
- Large Account Management Experience
- History of successful attainment of goals and objectives (100%+)
- Project Management Experience
- College degree preferred
- Consultative selling at CxO level
Physical Demands
- 4-6 weeks travel may be required with overnight stays
