Dealer Locator & Enhanced 800 Services

Dealer Locator is an intelligent toll-free call routing application designed to route callers to the nearest desired store location. The caller dials a toll-free number and G3 Networks routes the call based on a combination of your criteria including:

• Calling party phone number (ANI)
• Caller input (zip code, acct #, store)
• Call volume (load balancing, next available agent)
• Time of day, day of week
• Predetermined databases (i.e. client A to Store #100 only)

As many of these applications are supported by corporate national advertising companies, WCS has designed specialized reporting tools to support DMA call regions, call counts and trending reports specifically for Locator and Enhanced 800 routing applications.
