Contact Manager
The Telecom and IT Manager are vital individuals when it comes to telecom and wireless managing. Communications between a carrier representative, a value added reseller (VAR) and/or an equipment vendor is usually handled by the Telecom and IT Manager. The Telecom and IT Manager know who to contact when there is a threat to the connectivity of a company. What if the Telecom or IT Manager is out on vacation or sick?
