Channel Partnering

WCS offers two levels of participation in its Channel Partner program: Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Virtual Telco Partner.

OPT = Optional at added cost
Level 1 = 1 st level support including billing inquiries, change management and Q&A
Level 2 = 2 nd level support including trouble ticketing, resolution and technical issues outside
the scope of responsibility of the Partner
Cobrand = Invoice contains carrier dual brand of VAR Partner and WCS with remittance to WCS
Branded = Invoice contains Virtual Telco Partner's brand and remittance to Partner lockbox.
