900 Pay-Per-Call Service
WCS has integrated 900 Pay-Per-call services into our Hosted IVR service offerings to provide a billing alternative to corporate and carrier customers with specialized marketing and support programs. 900 service is a misunderstood technology frequently associated with the adult entertainment and psychic phone services market. While these applications were widespread, many more mainstream applications exist in the corporate marketplace that can be valuable revenue stream for corporations who choose to properly implement the technology.
Particularly lucrative is that AT&T, after nearly 19 years of supporting this product, has announced it is discontinuing their billing and collection services for this product. This leaves many corporate users looking to find a new supplier.
