announces new Senior Management team

Frank Caruso
General Manager
Frank has spent the last twenty years in the competitive communications marketplace. He served as Founder, CEO and Chairman of USA Datanet, a facilities based VOIP/CLEC telecommunications company HQ’d in Syracuse, NY, USA Datanet was the first large-scale, commercially deployed residential VOIP provider in the US with over 500,000 registered customers.
Frank was also Founder and CEO of SCC Telecommunications, a NY-based provider of local, long distance, wireless, internet and data services. In 1997, SCC Telecommunications was acquired by Broadview Networks, a leading regional CLEC where Frank served as VP of Network Operations and Sales through 1998.

Fred Mannara
VP Sales & Marketing
Fred has a proven track record of success at senior management level in communications. For 10 years, Fred was Senior Vice President of Sales, for US LEC Corp, managing over 300 sales employees nationally and growing revenues from startup to over $450 million.
Previously, Fred worked for 14 years at MCI Tele-communication in major and national accounts sales management.

Larry Edelson-Kayne CPA
VP Finance
Larry served as Controller and VP of Finance for 8 years at Broadview Networks during its rapid growth from $10 million to $220 million in revenue. He was part of the management team that attempted to take Broadview Public in 2000.
Previously, Larry served as Controller of Forbes Inc. where he provided financial support for both Malcolm and Steve Forbes. He also spent 8 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Jay Morris
Director Product Management
Jay brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and business devlopment in the areas of telecom,calble TV, internet, data, wireless, energy and security. Acclaimed in the industry SME, in B2B, Multi-location Enterprise, National Account space. He has earned in depth experience managing teams, processes and outsourcing for large integration projects.
Jay has led direct field sales , inside sales and indirect sales channels for over $500 million inannual sales. He also brings considerable talent as a Class A Golf Professional of PGA of America.
