WCS Revolutionizes Online PartnerNet Tool
with TEM module

Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc (WCS), announced today the upcoming launch of its newest module, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), to its PartnerNet platform. PartnerNet is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management tool currently consisting of four modules; Telequote, Contract Manager, Revenue Manager, and Orderview, each having a specific functionality. TEM is the fifth module that tracks all network services, both wireline and wireless, by user, location, and department. This latest PartnerNet enhancement will be released in mid-March, 2007.
The key features to TEM include the ability to flag billing to validate invoice variances, view important financial details, monthly trending and reports for output to customer’s general ledgers and accounts payable systems. These features allow WCS Agents and Resellers to now manage just about every aspect of their business.

TEM tools typically cost thousands per month with expensive implementations but WCS bundles it a little to no expense to its enterprise customers. Within the TEM module, they can now inventory very single circuit, rate, and contract and align it with the specific customer. This gives the Reseller the ability to ensure consistent, accurate billing as well as extract call detail as it relates to any voice related product.
