AT&T Solution Provider Champion

AT&T announced the recipients of the Second Annual Solution Provider Champion Awards at the 2008 AT&T Alliance Channel Kickoff meeting in Atlanta. Forty-one AT&T Solution Providers were recognized including WCS affiliate, G3 Networks, who was amongst the top 15 Solution Providers with nearly $3 million in annualized AT&T sales.
Each year, AT&T recognizes the Solution Providers that provide customers with the highest quality solutions and services to continually exceed their needs. These Solution Providers go above and beyond by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and commitment to service required to truly be considered a champion by customers.
Solution Provider Champions are named annually based on overall performance among AT&T’s Alliance Channel Members, with specific focus on:

Proven expertise in providing customers the most appropriate, AT&T-based solutions coupled with consistently high levels of service and performance,

Providing customers with a single point of contact for the development of integrated solutions ranging from simple to complex to fuel their growth, Excellence in customer support synergy by combining their own capabilities with the power of AT&T’s network management, customer care and billing,

Technical expertise developed through participation in a rigorous training program and robust learning curriculum, and
-
Achievement of $100,000 or greater in booked Total Net Monthly Ordered Revenue in AT&T Opportunity Accounts in the course of a calendar year.
AT&T Solution Provider Champions achieve these criteria and demonstrate an overall commitment to excellence when dealing with customers. As a result of their exceptional efforts, AT&T proudly recognizes them each year with the Solution Provider Champion designation.
