Phone+ Selects WCS as a Top 50 Channel Program

PHONE+ magazine, a monthly publication of Virgo Publishing LLC for the telecommunications indirect sales channel, is pleased to announce that Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. has been selected as one of its Top 50 Channel Programs.
