Chris Barton Nominated by Business Leader Magazine
for 2008 Entrepreneur

Chris Barton founded Wholesale Carrier Services, Inc. in 1994 to provide network solutions for medium to large enterprises, commercial telecommunications users and resellers of telecom network services. Having been ranked by INC500 as one of the fastest-growing U.S. companies in 2004 and 2005, WCS was again recognized in 2008 as one of the top 20 largest revenue-generating telecommunications companies. INC.5000 ranked WCS based on three-year sales growth of 124.8 percent.
Chris attributes part of this continued success to making the business community better informed on ways to improve telecom efficiencies, while at the same time improving their bottom line significantly during difficult economic times. He continually introduces new and enhanced cutting edge technology such as a Telecom Expense Management tool that has helped WCS’ customers cut their telecom expenses by up to an average of 30-40% annually!
