WCS Launches Business Hosted VoIP Services

Wholesale Carrier Services (WCS), is pleased to announced the launch of business-class Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Services for it’s enterprise-class customers and Channel Partner resellers.
In partnership with New Global Telecom (NGT), WCS will be offering a carrier-grade, Internet-based alternative to traditional phone service that allows businesses to manage voice and data traffic though a single broadband connection. New VoIP features include unlimited local & long distance calling, robust PBX calling features, unified messaging, Internet Explorer & Outlook Integration, “hoteling” with click-to-dial, fax-to-mail, audio and web conferencing.

WCS Business Hosted Services includes full E-911 and can be sold as a package with WCS’s various MPLS, DIA with CoS or SDSL product offerings. The service can also be layered on top of a client’s existing broadband connection if the client already has business-class internet access. WCS offers in-house leasing of all installation, equipment fees and full spectrum of Polycom, Cisco and other OEM handsets in one turn-key packages.
WCS will be demonstrating the VoIP services and handsets during the 2009 Winter Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV at booth 1526.
